OPP charge driver with impaired operation after stop in Seaforth

Huron County OPP have charged a Stratford resident with impaired operation of a vehicle following a stop this past weekend in Seaforth.

At approximately 9:33pm this past Friday OPP noticed a compact vehicle traveling on Main Street with a burnt out headlight.

Upon stopping the vehicle officers noticed the driver had open alcohol in the vehicle.

A roadside screening test was conducted and resulted in a fail.

A 27 year old of Stratford has been charged with operation while impaired and also while over 80 (double the limit).
