The Perth County OPP have charged a resident of Elmira after a pedestrian was struck south of Listowel.
Last Thursday just before 6pm an adult pedestrian was struck while crossing the road at Perth Road 164 (Highway 23) near line 60.
They were transported to local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 29 year old female of Elmira has been charged with careless driving.
