Perth County OPP have also charged 2 Mitchell residents after a family dispute also on November 8th.
Police were called to a report of family violence at an address on Waterloo Street in Mitchell.
Charged are a 20 year old of Mitchell with assault, mischief under $500, resisting and assaulting a peace officer.
A 40 year old of Mitchell has been charged with assault and obstructing a peace officer.
