Huron Perth Public Health is remind residents that Covid 19 is still present in our area.
Dr. Miriam Klassen, Medical Officer of Health says “With the current outbreak in one of our retirement homes as well as recent community cases, I am urging everyone to remain vigilant about following public health guidelines.”
As of November 5th there are 13 active cases of Covid 19 in Huron Perth; 10 of wich are associated with the outbreak at Cedarcroft Retirement Home, and 3 of which are in the community.
One of the new confirmed cases is a person from Perth East who has been admitted to hospital.
