Huron OPP on lookout for stolen Jeep Wrangler

Also inside was $40,000 of equipment

 

Huron County OPP are on the lookout for a stolen Jeep Wranger that was taken this week from an Allboro Line residence near Blyth.

The victim was visited by a person of interest at around 4am and asked for some gasoline. It was shortly thereafter the homeowner realized his vehicle was gone.

The stolen vehicle is described as a blue 2015 two door Jeep Wrangler with a soft top valued at $22,000.

Also inside the vehicle at the time was $40,000 worth of equipment and other items. Some of the items include a GPS base station, tripod, antennas, marine battery and jackets.

The person of interest is described as white male, early 20’s with scruffy dark beard and dark jacket. Any person with information should immediately contact Huron County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
