Huron County OPP has wrapped up their Thanksgiving long weekend traffic safety campaign.
Once again OPP were out from October 11th-14th enforcing the “Big Four” which included distracted, impaired and aggressive driving as well as those not wearing a seat belt.
Over the weekend, Huron County OPP conducted 124 traffic stops with 89 charges laid including 45 for speeding, 10 seat belt infractions, 4 impaired driving and 22 various traffic related charges.
OPP also issued 52 warnings over the long weekend.
