A Fergus driver has been charged with failing to yield after hitting a pedestrian and an infant on Tuesday.
On November 14th at around 2pm, OPP responded to a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian at a cross walk on Garafraxa Street West.
It was reported the pedestrian and an infant were hit while crossing the street by a silver SUV.
Emergency services responded to treat the pedestrian at the scene with the infant secured in a stroller and uninjured.
The 72 year old driver was charged with Failing to Yield to a Pedestrian.
