The 6th annual Perth County Harvest Gala will see a different change of pace this year.
The Gala will go virtual and invite you to follow along with chefs to make a great meal that will come in your Gala box. A Youtube video will be made and go live November 21st with the chefs doing step by step creation of the meal that can feed 2 people. Vice President of the Perth County Federation of Agriculture, Sara Wood says while the date for the Gala is November 21st, what time to cook is really up to you.
“You pick up your box, your box will contain all the food you need to cook with us. Then that night or that afternoon or if the next day works better, whatever works for you, you can click on our link and cook with the two chefs that we’re working with.” said Wood
The Gala box costs $60 and can be bought online from the Perth County Federation of Agriculture Facebook page. Boxes will be available for pickup Friday, November 20th
