Groves Memorial Hospital and North Wellington Health Care have announced 6 employees have been terminated for failing to comply with the organizations COVID-19 vaccine policy.
The vaccine mandate is seen across all Wellington County hospitals which on October 12th reported 14 employees across the county hospitals were placed on unpaid leave due to failure to meet the requirements of the policy.
According to the health teams for Groves and North Wellington, 99 per cent of staff are fully vaccinated.
