Trinity Bible Chapel in Woolwich is once again facing charges in connection with an indoor service back during the Easter long weekend.
Region Chair Karen Redman says bylaw had showed up to the Church on April 4th where around 300 people were inside for service.
According to provincial guidelines, the church under current regulations would limit themselves to 86 people for indoor service.
Back in January during the 2nd shutdown, the church had held in person services which led to many from the church to face charges under the Reopening Ontario Act.
