Police have provided an update from a crash on Wednesday in West Perth.
Emergency crews responded to the scene on Perth Road 180 between Line 26 and Line 28 at around 2pm.
Four people were taken to hospital with one person, a 58 year old dying from their injuries.
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash with more updates being provided as they are made available.
