56th Grey-Bruce Farmers Week See’s Great Success

Next year hoping to have some in person events return

The 56th annual Grey Bruce Farmers Weeks saw another year of success.

This year, similar to last went virtual due to the pandemic, though the positives of going virtual allowed for a much wider audience to tune in and get worldwide attention.

Due to the success of being able to offer a farming event virtually, officials are hoping to bring back a virtual style conference for 2022 to keep bringing in more spectators while also keeping locals involved.

The conference first started live streaming back in 2017 before making the decision to be entirely virtual in 2021.

The virtual experience of Grey Bruce Farmers Week includes morning and afternoon discussions and Q&A sessions with various speakers.

Next year is also hoping to have some in person events return such as the popular roast beef dinner and Horse Day to be included in the list of activities for the week.
