A 54 year old is facing charges stemming from an intimate partner violence investigation.
On April 25th Huron County OPP looked into a matter in South Huron.
As a result of investigation police learned a suspect committed criminal acts against their partner.
As a result a 54 year old was charged with Spousal Assault and Forcible Confinement.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in court later this month.
