A 50 year old is facing charges after a stop in Fergus.
On May 21st at around 7:45pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle seen on Tower Street South in Fergus.
As a result a 50 year old has been charged with Operation While Impaired and Having Control of a Motor Vehicle with an Open Container of Liqour.
The accused will appear in Guelph court next month.
