The breakdown in Huron is 3 in Huron-East and 1 in Goderich. There is 1 new case in Stratford.
3 long-term care outbreaks continue at Fordwich Village, Hillside Manor and Seaforth Manor Nursing Home. Seaforth Manor also is dealing with an outbreak on the retirement home side as is Caressant Care in Listowel. The nursing home side outbreak at Caressant Care has been declared over.
Wellington County is reporting 1 new case of COVID-19 alongside 2 recoveries. Active cases are at 25, from 26 yesterday. 1 remains in hospital, a total of 870 have recovered in Wellington County.
The Palmerston Hospital outbreak continues, a total of 6 patients and 4 staff members have been affected from the outbreak.
Ontario is reporting 1072 new cases of COVID-19 as a result over 50,000 tests completed. 948 are in hospital with 313 in the ICU.
The province also reporting 1709 new resolved cases as the total vaccines administered tops over 400,000.
