Huron County OPP have charged a 45 year following investigation of intimate partner violence.
On April 22nd police were called about the matter in North Huron.
Through investigation OPP learned the suspect had allegedly committed a criminal act against their partner.
As a result a 45 year old North Huron has been charged with Spousal Assault and Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm.
The accused was released from custody will appear in court next month.
