An assault in West Perth has led to charges against a 45 year old man.
On November 1st Perth County OPP began their investigation after a victim went to the Mitchell OPP detachment with a head injury.
The victim was taken to a local trauma centre with non life threatening injuries.
The incident took place at 5:30am on Wellington Street near the tennis courts in town.
As a result a 45 year old of West Perth was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm, two counts of Uttering Threats, Theft Under $5000 and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was remanded into custody.
