A 40 year old has been charged stemming from a crash which claimed one life back in August.
OPP responded to the crash in Seaforth on Main Street on August 22nd where a 77 year old sustained life threatening injuries who was taken to hospital where they succumbed to their injuries.
As a result the involved driver of Huron East charged with Careless Driving Causing Death.
The accused will appear in court to answer to the charge.
