4 Students with COVID-19 from Huron Heights Secondary

School board will not count new cases as an outbreak

4 students have tested positive for COVID-19 but officials and the school board will not consider it an outbreak.

The students who attend Huron Heights Secondary School in Kitchener tested positive but the Waterloo Region and District School Board say the cases aren’t linked so it doesn’t count.

The student with the latest case was reported to last be in school on September 25th and has been determined no other students or teacher were exposed to the virus.
