Wellington County OPP arrested a 39 year old of Saugeen First Nation following a single motor vehicle collision in the Township of Guelph-Eramosa.
On October 2nd around 11:30pm, OPP responded to the collision on Wellington Road 51 near Ariss Glen Drive onto a driveway of a residence. Police determined the driver was impaired and placed under arrest.
The 39 year old is facing a slew of charges including Operation While Impaired, Driving with Cannabis Readily Available, Novice Driver-Blood Alcohol Concentration Above Zero.
