A vehicle crashing into a ditch has resulted in charges against a 30 year old.
On October 20th in the early morning hours, Huron County OPP responded to a single vehicle crash in Huron East near the intersection of Blyth Road and McNaught Line.
Police while speaking with the driver had determined they had been drinking who was arrested and taken into custody.
The driver was brought in for breath tests and found to be two times the legal limit.
The 30 year old of West Perth was charged with Operation While Impaired and given a future court date in Goderich.
