30 Year Old Charged After Driving Without Plates

A 30 year old is facing multiple charges after a plate reader spotted a vehicle without licence plates.

On January 19th at around 10:30am, OPP were on patrol on Highway 6 outside of Kenilworth when a cruisers Automatic License Plate Recognition notified officers of a vehicle without plates.

As a result a 30 year old of Teeswater faces multiple charges including Failure or Refusal to Comply with a Demand, Operating without Insurance, Driving with an Open Container of Liqour and Failure to Apply for a Permit on Becoming an Owner.

The accused will appear in court at a later date.
