A Tara man has been charged with dangerous driving and impaired driving in a crash which claimed the life of a Fergus resident.
Dave Genereaux was killed after a collision on Highway 6.
He was heading south in a beige Ford SUV when his vehicle crashed with a northbound black Dodge Ram.
Police began investigation into the incident and on January 11th charged a 30 year old with impaired operation causing death, dangerous driving causing death, possession of schedule I substance and two counts of driving while suspended.
The accuses was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
