There is now new 4 locations in Listowel where residents can purchase alcohol.
As of this morning following on the province’s expansion of alcohol sales to include convenience stores and gas stations, Listowel has seen 4 stations get the expansion.
Pioneer on Mitchell Road South, Petro Canada on Main Street West Listowel Variety on Argyle Avenue North and Circle K on Wallace Avenue North will all offer the sale of alcohol.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario opened the application process for convenience and grocery stores in Ontario for alcohol retail licenses on June 17th.
