A stop at a RIDE Program in Stratford has resulted in a drug haul worth over $180,000.
Stratford Police were conducting a ride program on Huron and York Street in the city on Thursday when a white Chevrolet Equinox approached at 9:45pm with three inside the vehicle.
The driver was found to have a suspended license and after a search of the car police found a prohibited knife as well as fentanyl and methamphetamine.
A total of 518 grams of meth, 435 grams of fentanyl, 6 grams of cocaine, 24 hydromorphone pills, 33 grams of cannabis and over $8000 in cash was seized from the vehicle.
All 3 inside the vehicle, a 41 year old man of Ridgetown, a 40 year old woman and 44 year old man from Windsor all face multiple drugs and weapons related charged.
All were held in custody for a bail hearing and have since been remanded in custody.
