It’s another big total of support for a local hospital gala.
The Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation held their 5th annual gala with a goal to raise $117,000 to support upgrades for the inpatient unit at the hospital including vital sign monitors, central care monitors, ceiling mounted patient lifts and new furniture.
The total was well beyond the goal bringing in $175,000 raised through the gala.
The extra funding will support other projects and equipment needs at the Louise Marshall Hospital.
