Wellington County OPP have laid criminal charges on a 14 year old student who was involved with an incident on October 7th.
Police responded to the incident at Centre Wellington District High School in regards to an assault in progress.
It was determined a fight had broken out between two students where a weapon was used.
A 14 year old Fergus resident was charged with Assault with a Weapon contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused will appear in court in Guelph at a later date.
