A 14 year old is facing charges who drove an ATV into a ditch.
On September 26th at around 12:15pm, Wellington County OPP responded with EMS and Fire Services to a single vehicle rollover in a ditch on Ruth Anne Place in Mapleton involving an ATV.
Three people were on the ATV with two taken to hospital with minor, non life threatening injuries.
A third was airlifted to a trauma centre with serious but non life threatening injuries.
A 14 year old has been charged with Driving Without a License, Careless Driving Causing Bodily Harm, Driving with Passenger Not Wearing a Proper Helmet and Driving With No Plates.
The accused will appear in court at a later date.
