OPP Sergeants, Patrick Armstrong and Dave Matheson this past weekend took part in their annual 100K in a Day fundraiser.
Both walked from Grand Bend to Corunna all in support of the Dave Mounsey Fund which donates life saving defibrillators to public buildings in the name of fallen Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS and Military members who died on the line of duty.
Dave Matheson saying over social media it was great to get out again and be joined by many others along the way.
“Everyone that came out to support and getting to see everyone along the way, make some new friends, have a lot of laughs. All in all a good time was had.” said Matheson.
Every 40 minutes, a Remembrance Walk was held as they continued on, starting with Dave Mounsey.
