A 15 year old boy has been pronounced deceased and 6 other teens have been airlifted to trauma centres after pick up truck lost control and flipped in Brock Township.
Police say the crash occurred at around 12:40am on Sunday on Side Road 18 between Highway 7 and Concession Road 10.
A grey 2006 Chevrolet Sierra was heading southbound on Sideline Road 18 when it lost control, left the roadway and rolled into a ditch.
There were 7 teenage occupants in the vehicle when the crash occurred, four were ejected during the rollover. Police say six remaining occupants, all aged 15-17 were taken to local hospitals and then air lifted to Toronto based trauma centres.
Two are currently listed in critical condition with 4 in serious but stable condition.
Sunderland police say the driver was a 16 year old.
The cause of the crash has not yet been released.
