The Minto Youth Action Council alongside the Grove Palmerston is holding its winter carnival tonight for all youth aged 12-26.
Kicking off at 5:30 and running for an hour at the Palmerston Lions Basketball Court, youth will see variety of different activities to be part of in the window of time available.
Erin Raftis, Minto’s Marketing & Community Development Coordinator says there will be many games to see and enjoy.
“Mini games for the youth to play and win prizes. The end of the event will be a big game of capture the flag in the park with the winning team getting a prize.” said Raftis.
The winter carnival is entirely free to attend.
The action council is also looking for new members looking to volunteer and join the team.
