Patients are asked to call 911 if they have a medical emergency. EMS will remain available to the community and will re-route them to surrounding hospitals to ensure continued access to emergency services.
For non-urgent care they say to call Health Connect Ontario at 811, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for non-emergency health related questions.
