Wingham ED Closure extended until 9 am Sunday Morning

The Listowel Wingham Hospital Alliance updated residents on the temporary closure of the Emergency Department at the Wingham and District Hospital.

It is set to close this afternoon at 3pm and was set to reopen at 7 am tomorrow. It will now remain closed for 2 more hours and reopen at 9 am Sunday.

Patients are asked to call 911 if they have a medical emergency. EMS will remain available to the community and re-route to surrounding hospitals.
