West Perth is warning residents to be cautious about a phishing attempt email which has been sent out acting as the municipality.
An email coming for a westperth.com account has been circulating and contains false information.
While the issue has since been resolved staff is still asking residents to not open any attachments, click links or forward any email from the account which uses the subject line Consultation Request.
