The exhibit is family-friendly and it will provide engaging opportunities such as experiencing Anishinaabe teaching, reading stories written by indigenous authors, learning about traditional medicines, and being part of activities that promote self-reflection about our relationships with the environment.
Amber Holmes (Naawayaa) explained, “Living in Relation is a concept of understanding about how we exist only in relation to the things around us.”
This exhibit will run until January 22, 2023, and is located at the Wellington County Museum and Archives on Wellington Road 18.
