High speed internet is becoming for accessible across Wellington County.
The province is putting forward $34 million to bring high speed internet access to more than 3000 homes and businesses in hard to reach places in southwestern Ontario.
The partnership with Southwestern Integrated Fibre Technology the province will implement agreements with 12 Internet Service Providers to deliver projects to 14 communities which will include Wellington County.
Kinga Surma, Minister of Infrastructure says they are ensuring the hardest to reach areas of the province get reliable high speed internet so that everyone can access important information including vital online health care services, learn from home and stay connected with loved ones.
