Later this afternoon, residents within Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph and Huron-Perth will find out of they’ll be moving to the red “control” stage on the COVID-19 framework.
While Medical Officer of Health Dr. Miriam Klassen for Huron-Perth doesn’t believe Huron-Perth will move to red, Guelph Medical Officer of Health and CEO Dr. Nicola Mercer made the recommendation to move WDG to red.
Cabinet is meeting today to make changes to regions across the province on the framework if its decided necessary.
