The ground has broken for the Waterfalls Agriplex in Milverton, making way for a state of the art agriculture and event facility.
This has been years in the works which all started which was envisioned by Eli Ebersol and supported by local investors.
The agriplex is designed as a large scale agricultural, tourism and community event space which will bring a boost for economic development and create new opportunities for residents, businesses and visitors.
Mayor-Elect Jerry Smith says this site will bring in local jobs and bring national attraction.
“We’re talking jobs, we’re talking tourism as well. People from all over the world. Not just locally but within Canada as well” said Smith.
The agriplex already has hosting plans as it will be the site for the 2029 Clydesdale Show, attracting more than 600 horses and participants from across North America.
