It’s the month of campaign kickoffs for United Way.
As Perth-Huron is gearing up for their kickoff, events are planned across the region to announce the campaign for the year.
Ward & Uptigrove will be the sight again this year in Listowel for the kickoff, dubbed United for a Bite.
The event starting at 11am and running until 2pm will feature The Wild Boar and Beavertails on sight as officials announce their goal for the year.
In years past, United Way has looked to tackle the unignoreable issues such as mental health and homelessness.
