A Walkerton resident and a business have both been charged after a stop in Harriston.
On January 30th at around 5pm, OPP preformed a traffic stop on Elora Street North which resulted in a 57 year old of Walkerton charged with Insecure Load, Failure to Surrender Licence and Failure to Surrender Completed Daily Inspection Report.
A business has also been charged with Failure to Ensure Daily Inspection Report is Conducted Properly and Failure to Complete Annual Inspection Certificate or Report.
Both will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
