Huron County is on the look for volunteers to help support Ukrainian families who are set to arrive in the country and to settling in locally over the next few weeks.
The Huron County Immigration Partnership has joined with a national non profit to help support Ukrainians coming into Canada and match newcomers with volunteers within Huron County.
So far, two families have arrived with more on the way.
Volunteers are in need such as to offer employment, find housing, take part in fundraising or as a translator.
