A 39 year old of Elora is facing charges after an altercation.
On June 26th, OPP were called to a report of a disturbance at a home on Arkell Road in Puslinch where one person was taken to hospital with serious injuries but not life threatening.
Police arrested a 39 year old of Elora who has been charged with Assault with a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Uttering Threats and Mischief Over $5000.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
