United Way Perth-Hurons Community Hub Project is seeing good progress.
A new program for the region by United Way, the Community Renewal Company will focus on projects a developer normally would not undertake as not enough money would be made to do said project but is still a need for the community according to United Way.
On top of traditional financing, United Way is also hoping to seek donations as they anticipate being able to secure some grants in relation to their project in the near future.
Part of Community Renewal includes to hopefully add attainable housing as there is not enough for those who live and work in the community.
