The success poured in for the first ever United Way Perth Huron Burger Battle.
The campaign saw 10 eateries compete in November putting together a unique burger to sell for the month and be voted on by patrons.
In total 1770 burgers were sold with $2 from every burger sold supporting United Way’s annual campaign with a total of $4290 raised.
Gilly’s St Marys was crowned the winner with 130 total votes with Bentley’s given the second award as the restaurant which sold the most burgers at 438.
