Canada saw improvements in September and last month kept it steady for employment.
Reports from Stats Canada showed Ontario moved from 7.3 per cent unemployment to 7 per cent.
Nationwide, the economy added 31,000 jobs last month dropping the unemloyment rate from 6.9 per cent to 6.7 marking the fifth straight decline.
A decrease in jobs was seen in specific fields such as self employment.
