Tree sales are now being accepted in North Perth.
For the remainder of the week, residents can submit applications with tree packages costing $25 which will include a tree, wooden stake, plastic tree guard, coconut fiber weed mat and mulch.
Various types of trees are available including White Cedar, Red Maple, Sugar Maple and Service-berry.
Sales will be open until August 14th or until 200 have been sold being limited to one tree per household.
