Due to staffing shortages, the Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance has announced the Transition House will be closed until Saturday April 16th at 7am.
The community based Transition Bed Program, which is located in Clinton is offered to house individuals who are experiencing mental health and addiction issues and currently in crisis.
Those in need of service can reach out to the Huron-Perth Helpline & Crisis Response Team, Huron Out of the Cold Program or Stratford-Perth Shelterlink in the time being until the Transition House is reopened.
