A tractor trailer crash has led to impaired driving charges.
On April 12th just after 5:30pm, Huron County OPP received a report of a crash involving a farm tractor hauling grain wagons which had entered a ditch on Forest Line in Howick.
Police while speaking with the driver had determined they were impaired.
Breath samples were provided which found the driver was over four times the legal limit.
As a result a 43 year old has been charged with Operation While Impaired and Dangerous Operation.
The accused will appear in court next month.
