Town of Minto Providing Relief Funding for More Clubs

The Town of Minto has approved requests of COVID-19 relief funding for the Palmerston Lions Club and Harriston Skating Club at their most recent meeting.

Council had received the report from both clubs for funds during their November 2^nd.

Council had allocated $57,000 In funding to assist community groups who had lost funds brought on from the pandemic.

Mayor George Bridge says council should go ahead with giving out the remaining funds and be prepared to listen to requests coming forward in the future.
