The Town of Minto has agreed to move to a cloud based system when it comes to booking facilities and registering for programs.
Council approved the purchase of the Active Network platform for $21,635 which saw part of the town’s municipal modernization grant cover the purchase.
This move will allow a more streamlined system for facility booking and program registration.
The current software used by the town does not give residents the ability to register online.
Phone booking will still remain for those who wish to book and register over the phone.
